Delivery & Returns Policy

UK Delivery

We will despatch all goods within 5 days maximum, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within 7 days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock. However, from time to time, through circumstances beyond our control, this may not be possible. Please allow upto 30 days for all international orders.

Standard Delivery

UK orders are via Parcelforce and despatched on a 48 hour delivery service. Standard service costs £7.50 per order for the UK mainland. This charge will be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address. Please contact us via phone if you want next day delivery or for other bespoke requirements.

European & Overseas Deliveries

For all European and Overseas deliveries, please contact us for a custom made quotation. Contact or (0044) (0)1303 870861 between 10am to 5pm GMT for customer service. Please note there may be local duties / taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK - Romney Marsh Art & Craft Gallery is not responsible for paying these charges.

Special Note 1

If you order more than one item, we will try and pack them in one parcel if there is no risk of damage.

Special Note 2

Although many of our products are considered fragile, we never have breakages (yet!) due to our professional packing. If items are broken on recepit, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, or it has been damaged in transit, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 14 days. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending on availability. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid only when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return the goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
